I would absolutely go with Nani Palmer again as my realtor
Nani got us 2 competing buyers in the 6 days after listing. The ensuing bidding war ended up getting us 5% over asking price. There are 3 identical houses ranging from 5000 below our price to 5000 above . on the street too, ours sold for the same amount and 12 months faster than them. We went from listing to over asking price offer accepted in 6 days. Total time from listing to closing was 30 Days.
